NOTICE TO REMOVE MANUFACTURED HOME
To: Estate of David B. Taylor, next of kin of David B. Taylor deceased, last known address 5702 Angola Road, Lot 100, Toledo, Ohio 43615 and all other persons with an interest in the manufactured home or mobile home described below: 5702 Angola Road, Lot #100, Toledo, Ohio 43615.
On July 31, 2010, a Rental Agreement to reside on the above listed property executed between Mr. David Taylor and Sun Communities Operating Limited Partnership, doing business as Westbrook Village expired:
The Estate of David B. Taylor, the Next of Kin of David B. Taylor, PNC Bank and all other occupants residing at 5702 Angola Road, Lot #100, Toledo, Ohio 43615, and having an interest in the following manufactured home which remains on the premises three days following said judgment:
Brand: Dutch 580, Year: 1999. VIN: 20873D, Title: 4801378529.
You are hereby notified to remove said manufactured home from the premises by no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
YOU ARE BEING ASKED TO REMOVE YOUR MANUFACTURED HOME, MOBILE HOME, OR RECREATIONAL VEHICLE FROM THE PREMISES OF SUN COMMUNITIES OPERATING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, D.B.A. WESTBROOK VILLAGE, A MANUFACTURED HOME PARK, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE EXPIRATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT EXECUTED JUNE 29, 2009 AND TMC EVICTION HEARING AUGUST 8 2011. IF THE MANUFACTURED HOME, MOBILE HOMEL, OR RECREATIONAL VEHICLE IS NOT REMOVED FROM THE MANUFACTURED HOME PARK WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF THIS NOTICE, THE HOME OR VEHICLE MAY BE SOLD OR DESTROYED, OR ITS TITLE MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO SUN COMMUNITIES, PURSUANT TO DIVISION (B) OF BOTH SECTIONS 1923.13 AND 1923.14 OF THE OHIO REVISED CODE. IF YOU ARE IN DOUBT REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU SEEK LEGAL ASSISTANCE.
