On April 11, 2013 and May 3, 2013, the Internal Revenue Service, Criminal Investigation Division seized the following from 2629 Keygate Manor, Toledo, OH, 43614, 3060 South Avenue, Toledo, OH 43609, and 1481 U.S. 1, Titusville, FL 32796:
2010 Kia Soul, VIN xxx75526, (AFTRAK No. 31130023-01), 1972 Chevrolet El Camino, VIN xxx09393, (AFTRAK No. 31130024-01), 2000 Ford F150, VIN xxx94009, (AFTRAK No. 31130024-02), $3,609.18 contents from Key Bank Account No. xxx4250 (AFTRAK No. 31130025-01), $26.09 contents from a Fifth Third Bank Account No. xxx9829, (AFTRAK No. 31130026-01, $78,184.97 contents from Fifth Third Securities Account No. xxxx80301 (AFTRAK No. 31130028-01), $5,361.81 contents from Fifth Third Securities Account No. xxxx79711 (AFTRAK No. 31130028-02), $5,076.87 contents from Fifth Third Securities Account No. xxxx7947 (AFTRAK No. 31130028-03), and 2000 Fleetwood Discovery RV, VIN xxxH01452, (AFTRAK No. 31130035-01) as property forfeitable under 18 USC 981 or 982 for involvement in a violation of 18 USC 1956 & 1957.
Any person claiming an interest (ownership) in one or more of these assets must file a separate claim for each asset they are asserting an interest in, no later than 30 days following the last publication of this notice, in accordance with 18 USC 983(a)(2)(B). The final claim date will be on July 17, 2013. The claim must be delivered to the Internal Revenue Service, Criminal Investigation, Attention: Asset Forfeiture Coordinator, 1240 East 9th Street, Room 479, Cleveland, OH 44199. Otherwise, the property will be forfeited and disposed of according to law.
