Peggy R. Herwat, et al., Defendants
To the defendants: Peggy R. Herwat, deceased (DOD 11/9/2017), Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, et al., and Steven C. Martin, deceased (DOD 6/17/20), Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, et al., whose last known resident addresses and present resident addresses are unknown or cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained. The Plaintiff, Royal Village aka Royal Village Associates LLC aka aka Bayshore Master LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Plaintiff”), has brought this action naming you as a Defendants in the above named Court by filing its Complaint on September 17, 2020.
The object of the Complaint is a forcible entry and detainer action (hereinafter referred to as an “eviction action”) for the personal property located at 7519 Dorr Street, Lot 102, Toledo, Ohio 43615. The personal property in question consists of the 1995 Encore mobile home, VIN# MY9596296K and all personal possession contained therein.
Plaintiff has further requested that the Defendants: Peggy R. Herwat, deceased (DOD 11/9/2017), Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, et al., and Steven C. Martin, deceased (DOD 6/17/20), Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, et al., be required to appear in person at the eviction hearing for this matter scheduled in Sylvania Municipal Court, 6700 Monroe Street, Sylvania, Ohio 43560 on November 5, 2020 at 9:00 AM in order to set forth their claims or interest in the aforementioned property, if any, or forever be barred from claiming or asserting same; and for such other and further relief to which Plaintiff may be entitled.
In case of your failure to appear, answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure prior to the aforementioned hearing, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
