Plaintiff has brought this action by filing of Complaint to Sell Real Estate in the Probate Court of Lucas County, Ohio, on the 27th day of June, 2019, naming you as Defendants.
The object of the Complaint is to authorize and order the Special Administrator of the Estate of Lynette Sue Kessler, Deceased, to sell in accordance with applicable law, the property located at 1414 Leith Drive, Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, and described as follows:
Lot number Forty-seven (47) in Leith Place, an Addition, in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio.

The Complaint alleges that George Kessler and all of the above unknown next of kin, including all unknown next of kin of Lynette Sue Kessler and the Unknown Spouses, Next of Kin, Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Estate Personal Representatives and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs (and their Assigns) of the above Defendants, and Unknown Next of Kin of Lynette Sue Kessler, deceased, may have or claim an interest in the property as shown by the title work attached to the Complaint.
The Complaint prays that the Defendants be required to answer and set forth their interests in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, and that Plaintiff be authorized and Ordered to sell the property in accordance with applicable law.
Defendants will take notice that they will be required to Answer said Complaint on or before the 23rd day of October, 2019, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
