The Defendants, Melissa Nowak aka Melissa S. Nowak, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Melissa Nowak aka Melissa S. Nowak, and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Melissa Nowak aka Melissa S. Nowak, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 25th day of April, 2012, the Plaintiff, Bank of America, N.A. filed its Complaint in Case No.: CI0201202931, in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 5555 Flanders Road, Toledo, Ohio 43623, ("Real Estate"), Permanent Parcel No. 78-81074, and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The Defendants, Melissa Nowak aka Melissa S. Nowak, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Melissa Nowak aka Melissa S. Nowak, and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Melissa Nowak aka Melissa S. Nowak, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this Notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on 30th day of July, 2012.
In the event that the Defendants, Melissa Nowak aka Melissa S. Nowak, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Melissa Nowak aka Melissa S. Nowak, and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Melissa Nowak aka Melissa S. Nowak fails to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
