Defendants, Melissa Beckwith and John Doe, real name unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Melissa Beckwith, whose last known address is 1504 Kelsey Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43605, will take notice that on January 18, 2012, RBS Citizens, National Association, successor by merger to CCO Mortgage Corporation, filed its Complaint in Case No. CI0201201253 in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, Melissa Beckwith and John Doe, real name unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Melissa Beckwith, whose last known address is 1504 Kelsey Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43605, have or claims to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Premises commonly known as: 106 Midvale Ave., Toledo, Ohio 43605. PPN: 10-15457. Copy of legal description can be obtained at the Lucas County Auditor's Office in the Government Center.
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
THE DEFENDANT(S) NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 22ND DAY OF MAY, 2012.
