SITUATED IN THE VILLAGE OF WATERVILLE, COUNTY OF LUCAS AND STATE OF OHIO: THE WEST 14 FEET, MEASURED AT RIGHT ANGLES WITH THE WEST LINE, THEREOF, OF THAT PART OF RIVER TRACT NUMBER 36, TOWN 1 OF THE UNITED STATES RESERVE OF 12 MILES SQUARE AT THE FOOT OF THE RAPIDS OF THE MIAMI OF LAKE ERIE, IN THE VILLAGE OF WATERVILE, COUNTY OF LUCAS AND STATE OF OHIO, BOUNDED AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO WIT:
BEGINNING AT A POINT IN THE NORTH LINE OF SAID RIVER TRACT 1129.2 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID RIVER TRACT, AT THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF A 2 ACRE PARCEL OF LAND HERETOFORE SOLD TO BARBARA GONDER, AND RUNNING THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID 2 ACRE PARCEL 882 FEET TO THE CENTER LINE OF MICHIGAN AVENUE IN SAID VILLAGE, THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID LINE 163.7 FEET; THENCE NORTH 877.6 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID RIVER TRACT, THENCE WESTERLY ALONG SAID LINE 153.8 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING AND CONTAINING 3 ACRES, MORE OR LESS. IRON PIPES ARE DRIVEN AT THE FOUR CORNERS OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PREMISES.
