Union Federal Bank of Indianapolis, Plaintiff
vs
Lillian Tucker, deceased, et al., Defendants
To: Unknown heirs, next of kin, legatees, devisees, administrators and assignees of Lillian Tucker, deceased, and if deceased, all their heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on January 25, 2007, Union Federal Bank of Indianapolis filed its Complaint in Foreclosure and Marshalling of Liens in the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio, 700 Adams Street, Toledo, Ohio, being Case No. CI0200701530 against Lillian Tucker, deceased, praying for judgment in the amount of Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Three and 71/100 Dollars ($10,803.71) with interest thereon according the to the terms of the note from October 11, 2006 until paid and for the foreclosure of said Mortgage Deed on the following described real estate, of which said Defendants, Lillian Tucker, deceased, are the owners of:
Lot number nineteen (19) in Ottawa Hillside Addition, in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, as further described in Plaintiff's Mortgage recorded on April 3, 2002, in 02 2204C05-D03 of the Mortgage Records of Lucas County, Ohio. Also known as: 3517 Valleston Pkwy, Toledo, Ohio 43607.
And that Defendants, Unknown heirs, next of kin, legatees, devisees, administrators and assignees of Lillian Tucker, deceased, and if deceased, all their heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees, be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Lucas County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise in the Toledo Legal News, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Union Federal Bank of Indianapolis is entitled.
Said Defendants are directed to the Complaint wherein notice under the fair debt collection practice act is given.
Said Defendant(s) will take notice that they are required to answer said Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the date of last publication. Said Defendants will take notice that you are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 23rd day of July, 2007, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
