To the defendants, The Unknown Heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Wilmer Stewart and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Wilmer Stewart, whose last address is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on November 15, 2011, Aurora Bank, FSB filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio, Case No. CI0201106561. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
Parcel No.: 03-16814, 03-16794 Property address: 3211 Collingwood Boulevard, Toledo, Ohio 43610. A full copy of the legal description can be obtained from the Lucas County Auditor's Office.
The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 3rd day of January, 2011.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
