John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Keitha J. Reed, whose last place of residence is 602 West Northgate Parkway, Toledo, Ohio 43611 and 7809 South 20th Lane, Phoenix AZ 85041 and 9725 South Dixie Highway, Erie MI 48133 but whose present place of residence is unknown will take notice that on July 18, 2011 at 11:32 am, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2003-4 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates filed its Complaint in Case No. CI0201104324 in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Keitha J. Reed, has or claims to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Permanent Parcel Number: Property Address: 602 Northgate Parkway, Toledo, Ohio 43612. The legal description may be obtained from the Lucas County Auditor at One Government Center, Suite 600, Toledo, OH 43604. (419) 213-4406.
The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
THE DEFENDANT(S) NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 3RD DAY OF JANUARY, 2012.
