Defendants, Maxine Ball and John Doe, real name unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Maxine Ball, whose last known address is 344 Oak Hill Court, Holland, Ohio 43528, and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, real names unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Maxine Ball, whose last known addresses and identities are unknown, will take notice that on August 4, 2011, Fifth Third Mortgage Company, filed its Supplemental Complaint in Case No. CI0201104205 in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, Maxine Ball and John Doe, real name unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Maxine Ball, and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, real names unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisee, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Maxine Ball, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Premises commonly known as: 344 Oak Hill Court, Holland Ohio 43528. PPN: 60-24151. Copy of legal description can be obtained at the Lucas County Auditor's Office in the Government Center.
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
THE DEFENDANT(S) NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 3RD DAY OF OCTOBER, 2011.
