Unknown Heirs at law, legatees, devisees, next of kin of Hezekiah Smaw, Unknown Heirs at law, legatees, devisees, next of kin of Armead Connor, Unknown Heirs at law, legatees, devisees, next of kin of Robert Smaw and Unknown Heirs at law, legatees, devisees, next of kin of Andre Pollard whose last places of residence were unknown and whose present places of residence are unknown, will take notice on January 18, 2011, Plymouth Park Tax Services, LLC filed its Amended Answer, Counterclaim and Cross-Claim in Case No. CI200706072, in the Court of Common Pleas Lucas County, Ohio alleging that Defendants, Unknown Heirs at law, legatees, devisees, next of kin of Hezekiah Smaw, Unknown Heirs at law, legatees, devisees, next of kin of Armead Connor, Unknown Heirs at law, legatees, devisees, next of kin of Robert Smaw and Unknown Heirs at law, legatees, devisees, next of kin of Andre Pollard have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
PPN: 65-70004; Property Address: 7222 Hill Avenue, Holland, Ohio 43528. A copy of the full legal description may be obtained from the Lucas County Auditor's Office.
The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of nonpayment of certain Tax Certificates, the lien of Petitioner has become absolute against the real estate.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said Tax Certificates, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
THE DEFENDANTS NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 15TH DAY OF JUNE, 2011.
