The Union Savings Association, whose last place of business is c/o TransOhio Financial Corporation, Statutory Agent, One Penton Plaza, Cleveland, Ohio 44114 and 388 Superior Avenue Northeast, Cleveland, Ohio 44114 and First Franklin Financial Corporation, whose last place of business is c/o CT Corporation System, Statutory Agent, 1300 East 9th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44114 and 400 Countrywide Way, Mail Code: CA6-919-02-01, Simi Valley, CA 93065 and 30930 Russell Ranch Road, Mail Stop: CA6-916-02-01, Westlake Village, CA 91362, but whose present place of business is unknown will take notice that on February 22, 2011 at 2:15 p.m., CitiMortgage Inc. successor by merger to Citifinancial Mortgage Company, Inc. filed its Complaint in Case No. CI0201101871 in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, The Union Savings Association and First Franklin Financial Corporation, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Permanent Parcel Number: 13-22861; Property Address: 3647 Revere Drive, Toledo, Ohio 43612. The legal description may be obtained from the Lucas County Auditor at One Government Center, Suite 600, Toledo, OH 43604. (419) 213-4406.
The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendants in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
THE DEFENDANTS NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 12TH DAY OF MAY, 2011.
