Reh, whose last place of residence is 7625 North High Street, Columbus Ohio 43235 and First NLC Financial Services, LLC whose last place of business is c/o CT Corporation System, Statutory Agent, 1300 East 9th Street, Suite 1010, Cleveland, Ohio 44114 and 700 West Hillsboro Boulevard, Building 1, Suite 204, Deerfield Floria 33411 but whose present place of residence is unknown will take notice that on April 22, 2010 at 1:49 p.m., CitiMortgage, Inc. filed its Complaint in Case No. CI0201003516 in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Robert B. Reh, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Kathryn L. Reh and First NLC Financial Services, LLC, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Permanent Parcel Number: 02-10027; Property Address: 4428 Belmar Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43612. The legal description may be obtained from the Lucas County Auditor at One Government Center, Suite 600, Toledo, OH 43604. (419) 213-4340.
The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
THE DEFENDANT(S) NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 28TH DAY OF JULY, 2010.
