The Defendants, Lillian Grigsby; Bailey Grigsby aka Baily Grigsby; Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Lillian Grigsby; Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Bailey Grigsby, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 25th day of November, 2009, the Plaintiff, BBJD Ventures, LLC, filed its Amended Complaint in Case No.: CI0200907737, in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 509 Dover Place, Toledo, Ohio 43605, ("Real Estate"), PPN: 02-22274 and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The Defendants, Lillian Grigsby; Bailey Grigsby aka Baily Grigsby; Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Lillian Grigsby; Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Bailey Grigsby, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this Notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on 29th day of December, 2009.
In the event that the Defendants, Lillian Grigsby; Bailey Grigsby aka Baily Grigsby; Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Lillian Grigsby; Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Bailey Grigsby fails to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
