Christine A. Raszka, et al., Defendants
Christine A. Raszka, whose last known address is 112 Bernath Parkway, Toledo, OH 43615, and if deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees and John Doe, Unknown Spouse of Christine A. Raszka, whose address is unknown, will hereby take notice that on October 2, 2008, Beneficial Ohio, Inc. filed its Complaint in Foreclosure and Marshalling of Liens in the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio, 700 Adams St., Toledo, OH 43624-1678 being Case No. CI0200807210 against Christine A. Raszka praying for judgment in the amount of One Hundred Fourteen Thousand, Nine Hundred Forty-six and 46/100 dollars ($114,946.46) with interest thereon according to the terms of the note from until paid and for foreclosure of said Mortgage Deed on the following described real estate, of which said Defendant, Christine A. Raszka is the owner of:

and that Defendants, Christine A. Raszka, and if deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees and John Doe, Unknown Spouse of Christine A. Raszka, be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure f said Defendants to pay or to cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Lucas County, ohio, to appraise, advertise and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to the Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to with Beneficial Ohio, Inc. is entitled.
Said Defendants are directed to the Complaint wherein notice under the fair debt collection practice act is given.
Said Defendants are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 22nd day of January, 2009.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
