Notice Content: LEGAL NOTICE
United States of America vs Jim Hymore, et al., Case No. 3:08CV1428.
The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assignees, Executors, Administrators, and Legal Representatives of Virginia L. Hymore, Deceased, will take notice that on June 13, 2008, The United States of America filed its complaint for foreclosure in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Western Division, 1716 Spielbusch Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43624, alleging in part that said Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assignees, Executors, Administrators, and Legal Representatives of Virginia L. Hymore, Deceased, have an interest in the following described real property and further that the Estate of Virginia L. Hymore, deceased is indebted to Plaintiff in the sum of $94,138.82, together with interest of $18.05 per day from April 30, 2008, to the date of sale, plus interest thereafter at the legal rate, and all costs, disbursements and expenses on a certain promissory note secured by a mortgage deed conveying the following described real property: Lot number one hundred and twenty-three (123) in Wildwood, a Subdivision in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, in accordance with Volume 23 of Plats, page 43, excepting therefrom the North three (3) feet thereof, which has the address of 2203 Glendale Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43614. Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate, or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshaling of liens, and sale of said real estate and for such other relief as is just and equitable. The Defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 15th day of September, 2008.
