vs
Jeffery A. Pohlman and Mary Pohlman, et al., Defendants
Jeffery A. Pohlman, whose last known address is 643 Berry St., Toledo, Ohio 43605 and if deceased, all unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that the 21st day of March, 2008, Beneficial Ohio, Inc., filed its Complaint in Foreclosure and Marshalling of Liens in the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, 700 Adams St., Toledo, Ohio, being Case No. CI0200802866 against Jeffery A. Pohlman and Mary Pohlman, praying for judgment in the amount of of Thirty-one Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-eight and 17/100 Dollars ($31,568.17) with interest thereon according to the terms of the note from March 19, 2008 until paid and for foreclosure of said Mortgage Deed on the following described real estate, of which said Defendants, Jeffery A. Pohlman and Mary Pohlman are the owners of:
Situated in the City of Toledo, County of Lucas and State of Ohio: Lot number sixty-six (66) in Central Addition to East Toledo, in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, and as further described in Plaintiff's mortgage recorded on May 21, 1997 in Book 97-1346, page A12, of the Mortgage Records of Lucas County, Ohio. Also known as; 643 Berry St., Toledo, OH 43605.
And that Defendants, Jeffery A. Pohlman and if deceased, all unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Lucas County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise in the Toledo Legal News, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Beneficial Ohio, Inc. is entitled.
Said Defendants are directed to the Complaint wherein notice under the fair debt collection practice act is given.
Said Defendant(s) will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 16th day of July, 2008, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
