Douglas E. Smith, et al., Defendants
To the defendants, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Douglas E. Smith, whose last known address is 3303 Millicent Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43615 and Unknown Heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Douglas E. Smith, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Douglas E. Smith, whose addresses are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on October 31, 2007, Chase Home Finance, LLC filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio, Case No. CI0200707188. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:
Situated in the Township of Sylvania, County of Lucas and State of Ohio: Lot numbers 139 and 140 in Central Avenue Park, a Subdivision in Sylvania Township, Lucas County, Ohio.
The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 25th day of April, 2008.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
