Charter One Bank, N.A., Plaintiff
Sandor Borsa, et al., Defendants
To the defendants, Sandor Borsa; and Actual name unknown, present spouse, if any, of Sandor Borsa, whose last known residence and post office address was 6503 Marsol Road, Apt. 342, Cleveland Ohio 44124, but whose present residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained.
Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as defendants in the above-named Court by filing its Complaint on the 1st day of August, 2007.
The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under a mortgage against the following described real estate:
A parcel of land located in the City of Toledo, County of Lucas, State of Ohio, and known as: Being Lot number 66 in Riverside Addition of Lucas County Records. PPN: 13-24801.
And for a judgment upon promissory notes executed to Charter One Bank, N.A., by Sandor Borsa, then and as an unmarried person.
The relief demanded is for judgments against the defendant, Sandor Borsa, in the amount of Eighteen Thousand Eighty-six and 28/100 Dollars ($18,086.28), with interest thereon at the rate of 5.49% per annum from March 11, 2007, and for judgment for Forty-three Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-nine and 34/100 Dollars ($43,799.34) with interest thereon at the rate of 8.00% per annum from March 23, 2007, until paid; judgment for title costs, costs for protecting the real estate and for court costs; that said mortgage may be foreclosed and the said real estate described herein be sold at Sheriff's Sale and the proceeds of said sale applied for payment of plaintiff's claim; further that defendants, Sandor Borsa; Actual name unknown, present spouse, if any, of Sandor Borsa and Lucas County Treasurer, be required to answer setting forth their claims or interests in the subject real estate, if any, or forever be barred from claiming or asserting same; and for such other and further relief to which plaintiff may be entitled.
You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 10th day of April, 2008.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
