American General Finance, Plaintiff
Helen Brown & Charlie Brown, et al., Defendants
Charlie Brown, whose last known address is 1918 Peacock Lane, Holland, Ohio 43538 and if deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees of Charlie Brown, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that the 11th day of October, 2007, American General Finance, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure and Marshalling of Liens in the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio, 700 Adams Street, Toledo, Ohio, being Case No. CI0200706792 against Helen Brown and Charlie Brown, praying for judgment in the amount of Thirty-seven Thousand Zero Hundred Fifty-one and 80/100 Dollars ($37,051.80) with interest thereon according to the terms of the note from August 21, 2007 until paid and for foreclosure of said Mortgage Deed on the following described real estate, to wit:
Situated in the City of Toledo, County of Lucas and State of Ohio: Lot number 53 in Waite Place, in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, and as further described in Plaintiff's mortgage recorded on October 30, 2002 in Book 027520 page D12, of the Mortgage Records of Lucas County, Ohio. Also known as: 1527 Waite, Toledo OH 43609.
And that Defendants, Charlie Brown if deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees
of Charlie Brown be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Lucas County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise in the Toledo Legal News, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which American General Finance is entitled.
Said Defendant(s) are directed to the Complaint wherein notice under the fair debt collection practice act is given.
Said Defendant(s) are required to answer within twenty-eight days after the publication. Said Defendant(s) will take notice that they are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 3rd day of April, 2008, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
