Wyndham Place Condominium Association, Plaintiff
vs
Jean Vess, et al., Defendants
To the defendants, Garry Lee Zachrich and Dianna Lynn Zachrich, addresses unknown, will take notice that on September 26, 2007, Wyndham Place Condominium Association filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, being Case Number CI0200706449.
The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under a Judgment Lien against the following described real estate, owned by Jean Vess and Robin Vess, to-wit:
Wyndham Place Condominium, Phase I, Unit No. 303, a Condominium in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, according to the Declaration of Condominium Ownership, its By-Laws and Drawings, filed for record in the Office of the County Recorder, Lucas County, Ohio, in Deed Record 87-136-C01, and in Volume 114 of Plats, page 27, together with the undivided interest in the common elements declared in the said Declaration to be appurtenant to such unit. Permanent Parcel No. 20-98935.
The relief demanded in the foreclosure of Plaintiff's Judgment Lien is the amount of Five Hundred Eighty-eight and 00/100 Dollars ($588.00), plus interest and reasonable attorney fees, plus monthly assessments to become due and payable during the pendency of this action; judgment for title costs and court costs; that said Judgment Lien may be foreclosed and the real estate described in the Judgment Lien be sold at Sheriff's Sale and the proceeds of said sale applied for payment of plaintiff's claim; further that the defendants, Garry Lee Zachrich and Dianna Lynn Zachrich, be required to answer setting forth their claims or interests in the subject real estate, if any, or be forever barred from claiming or asserting same; and for such other and further relief to which Plaintiff may be entitled.
You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 4th day of March, 2008.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
