MAP/MAC, LLC, Plaintiff
vs
Raymond Sims, et al., Defendants
Raymond Sims and the Unknown Spouse of Raymond Sims, whose place of residence is unknown and who cannot be served within the State of Ohio, will take notice that on October 11, 2007, MAP/MAC, LLC ("Plaintiff"), filed a Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, in Case No. CI0200706762, against Raymond Sims and others as Defendants, demanding judgment against Raymond Sims in the sum of Thirty-five Thousand, Two Hundred Forty and 53/100 Dollars ($35,240.53) plus interest and costs and for foreclosure of the Mortgage recorded in Volume 01-573, page C07, Lucas County, Ohio Records; all relating to a certain real property:
Lot Number Ninety (90) in Elm Street Addition to Toledo, Lucas County, ohio, in accordance with the plat thereof recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, page 26. Parcel Number: 04-55681.
Currently set forth in Deed Book 99-290, Page E05, Recorded 6-7-99. Commonly known as: 1224 Page Street, Toledo, Ohio 43608.
The Complaint further demands that all Defendants be required to set forth any claim, lien or interest asserted in the property, or be forever barred; that Plaintiff's Mortgage be declared to be a valid first and best lien upon the property; that Plaintiff's Mortgage be foreclosed; that all liens be marshaled; that the equity of redemption of all Defendants be forever barred, and the property be sold in accordance with law; that upon sale of such property the proceeds be paid to Plaintiff to satisfy the amount of its existing liens and interests, together with its disbursements, advancements and costs, and for such other legal and equitable relief to which Plaintiff may be entitled.
Raymond Sims and the Unknown Spouse of Raymond Sims are further notified that he/she is required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 3rd day of January, 2008.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
