Sherry L. Clark, et al., Defendants
Unknown Spouse, if any, of Sherry L. Clark, whose last known address is 2040 Hoops Drive, Toledo, OH 43611 and Unknown heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Sherry L. Clark, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Sherry L. Clark, will take notice that on July 30, 2007, Key Bank National Association filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio, Case No. CI0200705206. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:
Situated in the City of Toledo, County of Lucas and State of Ohio:
Deed Vol. 94-329, Page B02, ID# 22-21776, Beginning at the Northeast Corner of said Lot F; thence Southerly along the East line of said Lot a distance of One Hundred Eighteen and Ninety-one Hundredths (118.91) feet more or less to the Southeast Corner of said Lot F; thence Westerly along the South line of said Lot F a distance of One Hundred Thirty (130) feet to a point; thence Northerly along a straight line at a point on the North line of said Lot F which is One Hundred Thirty (130) feet West from said Northeast Corner of Lot F; thence Easterly along said North line of Lot F a distance of One Hundred Thirty (130) feet to the Place of Beginning, excepting therefrom the North Twenty-Five (25) feet theretofore conveyed for road purposes. Excepting therefrom the following described parcel: That part of Lot F on the partition plat of Henry F. Hoops Estate in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, excepting the North Twenty-Five (25) feet thereof lying within the lines of Hoops Drive, bounded and described as follows: Commencing at a point on the North line of said Lot F which is One Hundred (100) feet West on the Northeast Corner thereof, thence Southerly parallel to the East line of said Lot a distance of Ninety-three and Ninety-one Hundredths (93.91) feet to a point on the South line of said Lot which is One Hundred (100) feet West of the Southeast corner; thence Westerly along the South line of said Lot, a distance of Thirty (30) feet to a point; thence Northerly parallel to the East line of said Lot, a distance of Ninety-three and Ninety-one Hundredths (93.91) feet to a point on the North line of said Lot; thence East along the North line of said Lot a distance of Thirty (30) feet to the Place of Beginning. By Fee Simple Deed from Melvin L. White Executor of the Estate of Melvin H. White, Deceased as set forth in Deed Vol. 94-329, Page B02 Dated 07/18/1994 and recorded 07/19/1994, Lucas County Records, State of Ohio.
The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 10th day of December, 2007.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
