CitiMortgage, Inc., successor by merger to CitiFinancial Mortgage Co., Inc., Plaintiff
Rita Harris, et al, Defendants
Sterling Lending Corporation, whose last known address is P.O. Box 17526, Greenville, SC 29606 and Unknown heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, assigns of Clarence Barnes aka Clarence Raibon, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Clarence Barnes aka Clarence Raibon, will take notice that on September 12, 2007, CitiMortgage, Inc., successor by merger to CitiFinancial Mortgage Co., Inc. filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio, Case No. CI0200706132. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:
Situated in the City of Toledo, County of Lucas and State of Ohio:
Lot number Two Hundred Sixty-two (262) in Madison Park, an Addition to the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio.
The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 29th day of November, 2007.
In case of the above named defendants' failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against the above named defendants for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
