Beverly Monday, et al., Defendants
Beverly Monday, whose last known address is unknown, is hereby notified that American General Financial Services, Inc., fka American General Finance, Inc. filed a Complaint for Money, Foreclosure and Other Equitable Relief on April 25, 2007, Case No. CI0200703245, on the properties described as follows:
All those parts of lot numbers 1 and 2 lying Southerly of a line drawn parallel with and 52 feet Southerly of the North line of said lot numbers 1 and 2, all in Robinson's Subdivision of lot numbers 266, 267 and 268 in W.S. Williams Addition in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, same being recorded in Plats 12-9E. Parcel Number: 16-27317. Property address: 565 Leonard St. Toledo OH 43605.
Lot number 50 in King's Addition to the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, same being recorded in Volume 5 of Plats, page 46A, excepting therefrom the South 3 feet of said lot appropriated for Nevada Street. Parcel number: 09-11754. Property address: 1325 Nevada St. Toledo OH 43605.
And that there remains due and owing Fifty-One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-five and 70/100 Dollars ($51,255.70) with interest at 10 percent per annum from June 3, 2006, and costs; that the defendants named in the Complaint may have an interest in said property; therefore, Plaintiff demands that it be found to have a good, valid and subsisting lien on said premises, for the amount owing; that the Defendants equity of redemption be foreclosed; that all parties be required to answer as to their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein; that all liens on said premises be marshaled and their priorities determined; that said premises be sold as upon execution and the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law; and for such other relief as is just equitable.
Defendants first hereinabove mentioned are further notified that they are required to answer said Complaint on or before 12th day of November, 2007, which includes twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication, or judgment may be rendered as demanded for therein.
