To the defendants, The Unknown Heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators and assigns of Phyllis V. Kimmerly, whose last address is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on May 25, 2007, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF9, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF9, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio, Case No. CI0200703852. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
Situated in the City of Toledo, County of Lucas and State of Ohio, to-wit: Lots numbered two hundred twenty-two (222) and two hundred twenty-three (223) in Kelley's Addition to Auburndale, in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio.
The defendant named above are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 28th day of September, 2007.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
