Papenfus, whose last known address is 649 Wright Avenue, Toledo, OH 43609, Johnene Papenfus And John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Johnene Papenfus, whose last known address is 931 Toronto Avenue, Toledo, OH 43609, will take notice that on May 5, 2021,The Huntington National Bank successor by merger to Sky Bank fka Mid Am Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number G-4801-CI-0202101945-000, Lucas County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Name(s) Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Alice J. Papenfus, Alice J. Papenfus, John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Alice J. Papenfus, Johnene Papenfus And John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Johnene Papenfus, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Premises commonly known as: 649 Wright Avenue, Toledo, OH 43609
Parcel No.: 01-06741
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the defendant named above be required to answer and set up her interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendant(s) named above is required to answer on or before the 9th day of September, 2021.
