Lenhart, whose Identities and Address(es) are Unknown, will take notice that on June 14, 2021, The Huntington National Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number G-4801-CI-020212283-000, Lucas County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Frank Lenhart aka Francis Lenhart, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Michael Lenhart aka Michael F. Lenhart And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Name(s) Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees; Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Michael Lenhart aka Michael F. Lenhart, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Premises commonly known as: 9765 Old State Line, Holland, OH 43528
Parcel No.: 65-34607
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the defendant named above be required to answer and set up her interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
