Cleothas Syph, Jr. aka Cleo Syph, Jane Doe, name unknown, spouse of Cleothas Syph, Jr. aka Cleo Syph, Jr., whose last known address is 3 The Companionway Whitby, Porirua, 5024, New Zealand and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Cleothas Syph, Jr. aka Cleo Syph, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 7th day of February, 2020, Quicken Loans Inc. filed its Amended Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio in Case No. G-4801-CI-201904526-000 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate to wit:

Parcel # 2087614
and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book Instrument No. 20140505-0016774, of this County Recorder's Office.
