Andrea M Vallejo Garcia, whose last place of residence is known as 5020 Bayshore Road, Oregon, OH 43618, but whose present place of residence is unknown; Unknown Spouse, if any, of Andrea M Vallejo Garcia, whose last place of residence is known as 5020 Bayshore Road, Oregon, OH 43618, but whose present place of residence is unknown; Unknown Successor Trustee of the Olga M Vallejo Trust dated the 8th day of March, 2019, whose place of residence is unknown; The Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators and Executors of the Estate of Olga Vallejo, deceased, whose place of residence is unknown; Monica Adams, whose last place of residence is known as 45 Nevada Street, Toledo, OH 43605, but whose present place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Monica Adams, whose last place of residence is known as 45 Nevada Street, Toledo, OH 43605, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on November 5, 2019, Fifth Third Bank successor by merger to Fifth Third Mortgage Company, Plaintiff, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. CI0201904353, in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, Andrea M Vallejo Garcia; Unknown Spouse, if any, of Andrea M Vallejo Garcia; Unknown Successor Trustee of the Olga M Vallejo Trust; The Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators and Executors of the Estate of Olga Vallejo, deceased; Monica Adams; and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Monica Adams, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate located at:
5020 Bayshore Road, Oregon, OH 43618; PPN: 44-01911. A complete legal description may be obtained with the Lucas County Auditor's Office located at One Government Center, Suite 600, Toledo, OH 43604-2255.
The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendant(s) named above are required to answer on or before the 27th day of February 2020.
