Defendants, Sue Ann Gray and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Sue Ann Gray, whose last known addresses are 2708 Southwood Road, Toledo, OH 43614; John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of William Warren Gray, Deceased, Identities and Addresses are Unknown; and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Laurie Gerney, Deceased, Identities and Addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on August 20, 2019, The Huntington National Bank Successor by Merger to Sky Bank, Plaintiff, filed its Complaint in Case No. CI0201903507, in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, Sue Ann Gray; John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Sue Ann Gray; John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of William Warren Gray, Deceased; and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Laurie Gerney, Deceased, has or claims to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Premises commonly known as: 2708 SOUTHWOOD ROAD, TOLEDO, OH 43614; PPN: 14-43451
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendant(s) named above are required to answer on or before the 5th day of December, 2019.
