To the Defendants Harold L. Jacobs and the unknown spouse, if any, of Harold L. Jacobs, whose last known address is 431 Cincinnati Street, Toledo, Ohio 43611 and whose present location is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained:
Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a defendant in the above-named Court by filing its Complaint on the 16th day of August, 2019.
The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under 1 mortgage against the following described real estate:
Situated in the County of Lucas, City of Toledo and State of Ohio:
Being the North Thirty-Two and One-Half (32 1/2) feet off the northeast Ninety (90) feet of Lot Number Eight (8) in Block Number Eighty-One (81) in North Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, a subdivision in the City of Toledo, same being recorded in Plats 5-6.

The relief demanded by Plaintiff is judgment against Defendant Harold L. Jacobs and against the real estate owned by Ralynn R. Jacobs, now deceased, in the amount of $18,925.08 plus interest at the rate of 8.00% per annum from February 1, 2019; costs and such other legal and equitable relief to which it may be entitled.
You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice setting forth whatever right, title or interest you have or may claim to have in the aforementioned premises or be forever barred from claiming or asserting same. The publication will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 7th day of November, 2019.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
