To the Defendants the unknown spouse, creditors, executors, executrices, administrators, heirs at law, next of kin, devisees, legatees, and/or assigns, and their spouses, creditors, executors, executrices, administrators, heirs at law, next of kin, legatees, devisees, and/or assigns, if any, of Harvey J. Gavin, Jr., aka Harvey J. Gavin, whose present location is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained:
Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a defendant in the above-named Court by filing its Complaint on the 9th day of July, 2019.
The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under 1 mortgage against the following described real estate:
Situated in the County of Lucas, State of Ohio:
Being Lot Number 18 and the Northeast 26.33 feet of Lot Number 17, also the Northwesterly 23.12 feet of the Southwesterly 2 feet of the Northeast 28.33 feet of Lot Number 17 in Block Number 12 in Ewing and Rowan’s Addition in the City of Maumee, Lucas County, Ohio, same being recorded in Volume 11 of Deeds, Page 1.

The relief demanded by Plaintiff is judgment against the subject real estate in the amount of $56,614.13 plus interest at the rate of 4.8750% per annum from November 1, 2018; costs and such other legal and equitable relief to which it may be entitled.
You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice setting forth whatever right, title or interest you have or may claim to have in the aforementioned premises or be forever barred from claiming or asserting same. The publication will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 29th day of August 2019.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
