GUY R. HARTFORD, et al., Defendants
To the Defendant Imperial Condominium Association, by and through its successor trustees, whose present location is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained:
Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a defendant in the above-named Court by filing its Complaint on the 10th day of May, 2019.
The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under two mortgages against the following described real estate:
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Lucas and in the City of Toledo:
Imperial Condominium, Condominium Family Unit Number 2, a Condominium in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, according to the Declaration of Condominium Ownership, its By-Laws and Drawings, filed for record in the Office of the County Recorder, Lucas County, Ohio on October 14, 1980 in deed records 80-415B11 through 80-416C09, Lucas County, Ohio Records both inclusive and Volume 89 of Plats, pages 18-19, both inclusive, together with the undivided interest in the common areas and facilities declared in the said Declaration to be appurtenant to such unit.

The relief demanded by Plaintiff is judgment against Defendants Guy R. Hartford and Elaine F. Hartford in the amount of $36,954.98 plus interest at the rate of 7.6250% per annum from September 1, 2018 and the amount of $23,719.75; costs and such other legal and equitable relief to which it may be entitled.
You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice setting forth whatever right, title or interest you have or may claim to have in the aforementioned premises or be forever barred from claiming or asserting same. The publication will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 5th day of June, 2019.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
