Frances E. Sotnyk Family Trust, etc., et al., Defendants
To the Defendants Frances E. Sotnyk Family Trust UWA April 21, 2005 and the Frances E. Sotnyk Family Trust UWA April 21, 2005, by and through its successor trustees, whose present location is unknown, and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on 19th day of February. 2019 the Plaintiff filed a Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Toledo, Ohio 43624, being Case No. CI0201901517 naming you as a defendant(s).
The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under two mortgages against the following described real estate:
Situated in the City of Oregon, County of Lucas and State of Ohio: Lot Number thirty-one (31) and the westerly twenty-seven (27) feet of Lot Number 32 in Hillwood Gardens, a subdivision partly in the City of Toledo and partly in Oregon, Lucas County, Ohio. Said premises being situated in the City of Oregon, Lucas County, Ohio.
Permanent Parcel Number: 44-61967 and 44-61964; Property Address: 2507 Olivewood Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43605. Prior Deed Reference Instrument No. 20050801-0055494 .
The relief demanded by Plaintiff is Judgment against the real estate owned by Frances E. Sotnyk and Frances E. Sotnyk, Trustee, now deceased, in the amount of $33,430.71 plus interest at the rate of 6.690 % per annum from May 6, 2018; costs, attorney fees and such other legal and equitable relief to which it may be entitled.
You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice setting forth whatever right, title or interest you have or may claim to have in the aforementioned premises or be forever barred from claiming or asserting same. The publication will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 5th day of April, 2019.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
