Dyann Marie Cooper-Navarre, et al., Defendants
To the defendants, Dyann Marie Cooper-Navarre; Gerald A Navarre, Jr; John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Dyann Marie Cooper-Navarre; and Jane Doe, Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, Gerald A Navarre, Jr, addresses unknown, will take notice that on November 16, 2018, Directions Credit Union, Plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, being Case Number CI0201804338.
The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under a mortgage against the following described real estate, owned by Dyann Marie Cooper-Navarre and Gerald A Navarre, Jr, to-wit:
Property Address: 5533 Silver Creek Road, Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio 43613; Permanent Parcel No. 23-44094
The complete legal description of the parcel may be obtained from the Lucas County Auditor's Office.
The relief demanded in the foreclosure of Plaintiff's mortgage is the amount $49,297.34, with interest at the rate of 6.62%from July 1, 2018, until paid; judgment for title costs and court costs; that said mortgage may be foreclosed and the real estate described in the mortgage be sold at Sheriff's Sale and the proceeds of said sale applied for payment of plaintiff's claim; further that the Defendants, Dyann Marie Cooper-Navarre and Gerald A Navarre, Jr, be required to answer setting forth their claims or interests in the subject real estate, if any, or be forever barred from claiming or asserting same; and for such other and further relief to which Plaintiff may be entitled.
You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 21st day of February, 2019.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
