To the Defendants the unknown spouse, creditors, executors, executrices, administrators, heirs at law, next of kin, devisees, legatees, and/or assigns, and their spouses, creditors, executors, executrices, administrators, heirs at law, next of kin, legatees, devisees, and/or assigns, if any, of Henry E. Thompson, Jr., aka Henry E. Thompson, whose present location is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained:
Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a defendant in the above-named Court by filing its Complaint on the 29th day of January, 2019.
The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under two mortgages against the following described real estate:
Lot number six hundred five (605) and the North fifteen (15) feet of Lot number six hundred four (604) in the Replat of lots numbered 1 to 16 inclusive, in WILDWOOD, a subdivision in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, in accordance with Volume 27 of Plats, page 1.

The relief demanded by Plaintiff is judgment against the real estate owned by Henry E. Thompson, Jr. aka Henry E. Thompson, now deceased, in the amount of $25,359.39 plus interest at the rate of 3.500% per annum from May 1, 2018 and $49,160.91 plus interest at the rate of 4.490% (variable) per annum from July 1, 2018; costs and such other legal and equitable relief to which it may be entitled.
You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice setting forth whatever right, title or interest you have or may claim to have in the aforementioned premises or be forever barred from claiming or asserting same. The publication will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 14th day of March, 2019.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
