Unknown Heirs, Fiduciaries, Beneficiaries, Donees, Devisees and/or Spouse of Anna G Grant, deceased; Etta Grant; Unknown Spouse, if any, of Etta Grant; Robert Grant; Unknown Spouse, if any, of Robert Grant; Rolanda Grant; Unknown Spouse, if any, of Rolanda Grant; Bobby Grant; Unknown Spouse, if any, of Bobby Grant; Frank D Myrice Sr; Ann Thurman; Unknown Spouse, if any, of Anna Thurman; Buddy Grant; and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Buddy Grant, are hereby notified that First National Acceptance Company, Plaintiff filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court, Lucas County, Ohio in Case No. CI0201801627 against them, alleging that on the May 4, 2001, Anna G Grant executed to First National Acceptance Company, a promissory note; which Plaintiff is the holder of the note and that the payments on the note is in default, and there is due Plaintiff thereon the sum of $6,531.31 with interest at the rate of 8.95% from August 6, 216:that in order to secure the promissory note, Anna G Grant executed and delivered to Louise M Adbo a mortgage deed, which was assigned to the Plaintiff, and conveyed the following described real estate:

Plaintiff says that said mortgage was delivered to the Recorder of Lucas County, Ohio on May 14, 2001 and was recorded as Volume 01 2512, Page B11, Recorder's Office, Lucas County, Ohio and is the first and best lien on said premises save the lien of taxes and assessments and the costs of this action.
That by reason of the failure of the Defendant Anna G Grant to make the monthly payments as required, the Plaintiff has declared the entire amount due and mortgage securing such note to be absolute; Plaintiff states that the Treasurer of Lucas County, Ohio, may have a claim against said premises. Plaintiff further states that Unknown Heirs, Fiduciaries, Beneficiaries, Donees, Devisees and/or Spouse of Anna G Grant, deceased, may have a claim against said premises.
Therefore, Plaintiff prays for “in rem” judgment in the sum of $6,531.31 with interest at the 8.95% from August 6, 2016 plus late charges, advances and penalties as provided for in the note; and that the mortgage set forth in the Second Cause of Relief be foreclosed and all equities of redemption be forever cut off; that Plaintiff be found to have the first and best lien herein, subject to taxes and that the priority of all liens be determined by this Court; that said premises be sold as upon execution free and clear of all liens, interest and dower, and the proceeds thereof applied to the Plaintiff’s claim set out in the foregoing complaint and the Plaintiff may have such other and further relief to which it may be entitled at law or in equity.
The defendant(s) named above are required to answer on or before the 26th day of November, 2018, which includes 28 days from the last publication, or judgment may be rendered as prayed for therein.
