Julie Ann Clemons and Unknown Spouse of Julia Ann Clemons will take notice that the Plaintiff, The Huntington National Bank, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio, with the above referenced case number. The object of, and demand for relief in the Complaint is, to foreclose upon the Plaintiff’s Mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which the Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing Defendants have or claim to have an interest:
That part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 17, Town 9 South, Range 8 East in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, bounded and described as follows:
Starting at the Northwest corner of Rose Acres Plat One, a Subdivision in said Section 17; thence South along the West line of Rose Acres Plat One, a distance of 343.3 feet; thence West, a distance of 579.05 feet to the Point of Beginning of the premises hereinafter described; thence South 00 deg 06` 50" East along a line drawn parallel with and 157.08 feet East of the East line of May Gardens, a Subdivision in said Section 17, a distance of 170.43 feet; thence West, a distance of 157.08 feet to a point in the East line of May Gardens; thence North 00 deg 06` 50" West along the East line of said May Gardens, a distance of 170.43 feet; thence East, a distance of 157.08 feet to the Point of Beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT:
Situated in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio:
All that part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 17, Town 9 South, Range 8 East in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Rose Acres Plat 1; Thence South 00 deg 00` 34" East 344.62 feet along the West line of said plat to the Northeast corner of Rose Acres Plat 2;
Thence South 89 deg 59` 26" West 578.92 feet along the North line of Rose Acres Plat 2 to the Point of Beginning, found 1/2 " rod in concrete monument 0.29 feet South; Thence South 00 deg 06` 50" East 80.00 feet along the West line of Rose Acres Plat 2 to a capped 5/8" rod set; Thence South 89 deg 59` 26" West 157.33 feet to the centerline of Onondaga Avenue (60 feet wide) and passing through a capped 5/8" rod set at 127.33 feet on the East right of way of said Onondaga Avenue; Thence North 00 deg 06` 50" West 80.00 feet along the centerline of said Onondaga Avenue to the Southwest corner of Bay Breeze Addition; Thence North 89 deg 59` 26" East 157.33 feet along the South line of Bay Breeze Addition, passing through a 3/4" pipe found at 30.00 feet on the East right of way line of said Onondaga Avenue to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 0.289 acres more or less, of which 0.055 acres more or less, lie within Onondaga Avenue right of way.
