THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO UNION FEDERAL BANK OF INDIANAPOLIS, Plaintiff

MARGARET J. RAMIREZ, et al., Defendants
To: The Unknown Heirs; Devisees; their Spouses and Creditors; Legatees; and the Fiduciary of the Estate; and Spouse and Creditors of Tony R. Ramirez, deceased, whose last known address is unknown you will take notice that on the 29th day of December, 2016 Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, 700 Adams Street, Toledo, OH 43604, being Case No. CI0201605620, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $78,290.54, plus interest at 8.49% per annum from April 17, 2016, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 1126 Cresceus Road, Oregon, Oh 43616, being permanent parcel number PPN: 44-64251. A complete legal description can be obtained at the Lucas County Auditor's Office in the Government Center.
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set forth any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
The defendant(s) are required to answer on or before the 23rd day of March, 2017.
