Notice Content: LEGAL NOTICE, for the following designated tax foreclosure cases (TF) filed in the Lucas County Board of Revision wherein Wade Kapszukiewicz, Plaintiff has filed a Complaint to foreclose on the lien of the State of Ohio for the amount of impositions delinquent and unpaid against certain abandoned parcels of real property. A copy of the full legal description for each parcel listed may be obtained from the Lucas County Auditor's Office, (419) 213-4420. In each case the prayer is to find said amount to be a first and best lien, to forever bar all defendants unless they set up their respective claims, for costs, to marshal all liens, to sell or transfer without sale the described real property according to law, to apply the proceeds, if any, according to the respective priorities and for such other and further relief. Said defendants shall file an answer within 28 days, or file a petition within 14 days of the date of this final publication requesting that the case be resolved by judicial disposition. The defendants are required to redeem by payment of the impositions in full at anytime prior to the confirmation of sale or conveyance of the parcel pursuant to R.C. 323.65 to 323.79.
