Board of Revision, No. TF15-1250, Wade Kapszukiewicz, as Treasurer of Lucas County, Ohio, vs. The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators & Assigns of Earl Leeper, Deceased, et al. Defendants: Bryan Neely, Beverly Belcher, Michael Adams, (last known addresses: 5001 South Ave, Lot 52, Toledo, OH 43615, 728 Hamilton St, Toledo, OH 43602 & 34 Paradise Way, #116, Douglasville, GA 30134), their Unknown Spouses, if any, their Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns, if any; and the Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators & Assigns of the following deceased persons: Earl Leeper, Maggie Leeper, Norma Jean Smith, Ronald Leeper, Sr., Matilda Leeper, Gerald G. Glaspie, Sr., Kimberly Glaspie-Neely, Joseph Glaspie, Sr., Angela Glaspie-Miller and Joseph Glaspie, Jr., will take notice of said pending lawsuit filed in the Board of Revision, Lucas County, Ohio. The object of the complaint is to foreclose the lien of the State of Ohio for the amount of the impositions in the amount of $4,909.44 levied upon: T.D. 09 Parcel 57367, located at 728 Hamilton St, Toledo, OH 43602. The prayer is to find said amount to be a first and best lien, to forever bar all defendants unless they set up their respective claims, for costs, to marshal all liens, to sell or deed the above described real property according to law, to apply the proceeds according to the respective priorities and for such other and further relief. Said defendants may within 14 days of the date of this final publication, file a petition requesting that the case be resolved by judicial disposition. Said defendants are required to redeem by payment of the impositions at anytime prior to the confirmation of sale or conveyance of the parcel pursuant to R.C. 323.65 to 323.79.
