The Court finds that the service of summons cannot be made other than by publication on Defendants: Unknown Heirs, Next of Kin, Unknown Spouse, Devisees, Legatees, Creditors, and Beneficiaries of Earl T. Malone, Unknown Heirs, Next of Kin, Unknown Spouse, Devisees, Legatees, Creditors and Beneficiaries of Estate of Irene L. Malone, Unknown Administrator, Executor or Fiduciary of Estate of Earl T. Malone, Unknown Administrator, Executor, or Fiduciary of Estate of Irene L. Malone, John Doe, Unknown Occupant/Tenant, Name Unknown, whose last known place of residence are: Addresses Unknown. Each of you will take notice that on June 9, 2014, Plaintiff filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, being case number 14CV005958, alleging that there is due to Plaintiff the sum of $87,746.80 plus interest at 7.51% per annum from July 30, 2012, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 2184 Keller Place East, Grove City, Ohio 43123 being permanent parcel number 570-160104-00.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said property of be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendants are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 7th day of May, 2015, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
