Norma J Bartelt, et al., Defendants
Defendants, Norma J Bartelt and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Norma J Bartelt, whose last known address is 1620 Slater Street, Toledo, OH 43612; Chris Carr and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Chris Carr, whose addresses are unknown; and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Norma J Bartelt, Deceased, whose identities and addresses are unknown, will take notice that on November 4, 2014, The Huntington National Bank, filed its Amended Complaint in Case No. CI0201404185, in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, Norma J Bartelt and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Norma J Bartelt; Chris Carr and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Chris Carr; and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Norma J Bartelt, Deceased, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Premises commonly known as: 1620 Slater Street, Toledo, OH 43612; PPN: 10-44624.
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
THE DEFENDANT(S) NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 9TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2015.
