The object of the complaint is to foreclose the lien of the State of Ohio for the amount of the impositions in the amount of $5,309.57 levied upon: 33-73637 and 33-73927, located at 11804 Van Dyke and 11807 Rachel, Curtice, OH 43412. The prayer is to find said amount to be a first and best lien, to forever bar all defendants unless they set up their respective claims, for costs, to marshal all liens, to sell or deed the above described real property according to law, to apply the proceeds according to the respective priorities and for such other and further relief. Said defendants may within 20 days of the date of this final publication, file a petition requesting that the case be resolved by judicial disposition. Said defendants are required to redeem by payment of the impositions at anytime prior to the confirmation of sale or conveyance of the parcel pursuant to R.C. 323.65 to 323.79.
