The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Vivian Gregory, Unknown Spouse, if any of Vivian Gregory, and New Century Mortgage Company, but whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on the 5th day of December 2013, the Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank N.A., as Trustee, for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC4 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, filed its Complaint in Case No.: G-4801-CI-201305491 in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 1016 Secor Road, Toledo, Ohio 43607, ("Real Estate"), PPN: 20-88744 ("Parcel ID") and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Vivian Gregory, Unknown Spouse, if any of Vivian Gregory, and New Century Mortgage Company, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this Notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on 19th day of June, 2014.
In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Vivian Gregory, Unknown Spouse, if any of Vivian Gregory, and New Century Mortgage Company fails to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
