Matthew C. Malohn, et al., Defendants
Matthew C. Malohn and Jane Doe, Spouse of Matthew C. Malohn, If Married (Name Unknown) both of whose last known addresses are 4212 Birchall Rd., Toledo OH 43612-1603 as well as John Doe, Spouse of Darlene Goldstein, If Married On or About July 22, 1986 (Name Unknown) whose last known address is 3140 Glanzman Rd., Toledo, OH 43613 and whose residences are unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that the 2nd day of November, 2012, U.S. Bank National Association filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio, being Case No. CI0201206175 in said Court against Matthew C. Malohn, et al., praying for judgment of ($51,542.55) with interest at the rate of 4.5% per annum from June 1, 2012 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:
Parcel No. 07-31337; Street Address: 4212 Birchall Rd., Toledo, OH 43612-1603. A complete legal description of the parcel may be obtained from the County Auditor.
And that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Lucas County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.
Said Defendant(s) will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 14th day of August, 2013, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
