Plaintiff has brought this action by filing of complaint to Sell Real Estate in the Probate Court of Lucas County, Ohio, on the 6th day of December, 2012, naming you as Defendants.
The object of the Complaint is to authorize and order the Administratrix DBN of the Estate of Roberto Leal, Deceased, to sell in accordance with applicable law, the property located at 2105 Navarre Avenue, Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, and described as follows:
Lot number one hundred thirty-five (135) in Navarre Park Second Addiction, in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, in accordance with Volume 26 of Plats, page 18. Parcel Number: 11-02071.
Property located at 246 South Avenue, Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, and described as follows:
Lot number four (4) in Wright’s Subdivision of Lots numbers one hundred five (105) to one hundred twenty-one (121) both inclusive in Sloane, Ashley and Bassetts Addition to the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio. Parcel Number: 14-17631
The Complaint alleges that Jane Doe I, the unknown spouse, if any of Jane Doe I, Jane Doe II the unknown spouse, if any, of Jane Doe II, Earl K. Renshler, the unknown spouse, if any, of Earl K. Renshler, Jose Manuel Belmontez, the unknown spouse, if any, of Jose Manuel Belmontez, Shirley Sanchez, the unknown spouse, if any, of Shirley Sanchez, may have or claim an interest in the property as shown by the title work attached to the Complaint.
The Complaint prays that the Defendants be required to answer and set forth their interests in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, and that Plaintiff be authorized and Ordered to sell the property in accordance with applicable law.
THE DEFENDANT(S) NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 1ST DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2013. JUDGMENT WILL BE RENDERED ACCORDINGLY.
