U.S. Attorney Justin Herdman announced recently that 18 individuals were charged for their roles in a drug trafficking conspiracy which involved the illegal distribution of cocaine, crack, heroin, fentanyl, fentanyl analogues and other drugs in the Youngstown-Warren area, including providing a substance that led to the fatal overdose of one person.
